Inspired by the light and textures of the Iona coast in winter and my signature boat shape, the uncomplicated design and neutral colour makes for a statement brooch that looks great on a jacket.
The grey enamel has been stoned back to a matt finish and the texture on the metal can be seen beneath like looking into the sea.
The textured and dark oxidised metal contrasts beautifully.
The fine 0.9mm steel pin can be worn on most fabrics.
Handmade techniques and kilnfired enamelling methods mean each piece is unique with no two pieces being identical.
